Panda Fest & Campus Visit

Student Belonging and TRIO are partnering to bring you on an amazing day trip to Iowa for a campus visit and cultural festival!

We will start the day with a campus visit at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa! 

After that we will head to Des Moines for Panda Fest, an Asian culture festival that showcases the vibrant food, art and cultural traditions from Asia. It will be a long day, so wear comfy shoes!

Only 23 spots available! There will be a few waitlist spots as well. If you register and are put on the waitlist, we will email you to let you know. And if you get moved to the registered list we will let you know. 

Once you RSVP, please go to the Business Office or call them at 217-641-4211 to pay your 10$ deposit. This will hold your spot for you and then be returned to you the morning of the festival to use however you like!

Transportation, festival entry, and one meal are paid for by Student Belonging and TRIO! 

Must be 18+ to attend the event. 

Itinerary:

Meet at JWCC @ 6:45 AM

Leave at 7 AM

Iowa State University from 11-12:30

Arrive to Panda Fest at 1ish

Meet at Bus at 4 PM

Back to JWCC around 8 PM
